Pelosi to Brianna Keilar: That's not an appropriate question to ask

Pelosi is right, the Republicans threw together some tripe and are trying to call it a plan.  They offer nothing, the House has had it's proposals on the table for two whole months and Moscow Mitch did absolutely nothing but help Putin take America down another notch.
