Let's see, I'd be very surprised myself, if a doctor found it surprising that a President could pass a cognitive test, since that is what you'd expect of a President, especially one entrusted with the nuclear codes which are essentially the keys to life on the planet, eh? The only real surprise would be in finding that the President was at a very low level of cognitive function. Probably not low enough to call it, considering the political ramifications, but low enough to cause concern I'd say. His short attention span and self centered narcissistic megalomania is enough to scare the bejeezus out of any doctor worth his salt.
