If there's one fundamental truth/red flag that reveals a persons penchant for dictatorship, it's an aversion or outright hatred of academia, this is because things that are dependent upon facts and truth are antithetical to the needs and wishes of a dictator, who must not be questioned for fear of losing control of the fantasy he or she is trying to build.
