Thing I like about Glenn is he's in touch with the people inside the Justice Dept., and none of this information is top secret, it's discussed by the lawyers and other insiders and he's in the loop, so he's likely to get the scoop on Justice department matters, faster and with a much better grasp of the details than most reporters whose "beats" are a lot more diverse, covering a lot more ground and therefore less focused.
