Court Rules Judge Sullivan Must Dismiss Flynn Case. BUT...

Judge Sullivan, instead, has placed the case on hold until the entire court (all 12 or 13 judges) can hear the case.  Notably these two judges who voted to dismiss are Trump appointee's and whose opinions are poorly reasoned.
