Listen as Trump's lawyers attempt to move the President above and beyond the reach of the law.  By essentially limiting the powers of Congress to fulfil it's oversight duties, the President becomes a king rather than an executive.  One has only to remember how the Senate, after agreeing that the impeachment managers had made their case, they then applied a political opinion and dismissed the articles of impeachment.  If the court were to carve out an area beyond the reach of Congress, it then becomes a political matter as to whether Congressional oversight is (appropriate).   All of which is besides the fact that the case is versus Deutsche bank.   The Presidents lawyers are arguing the wrong case.

It makes no sense, the President must have lost the ability to hire good lawyers.  Here's a President with foreign financial entanglements,  Who refuses to disclose his holdings etc., in a foreign bank, while he undermines Americas status by; not only politicizing our institutins, but by cozying up to dictators.  The Congress certainly needs to know if the President is compromised.
