Premeditated murder because the victims body was checked for signs of life and no sign of life could be found, AT THAT POINT IN TIME, THE VICTIM SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNED OVER AND RESUSCITATION EFFORTS DEPLOYED!!! The fact that they did not try to revive him, is evidence that they intended that the victim die and stay dead, they cannot claim otherwise since they (all four officers) are trained in resuscitation protocols.
