See Andrew Yang's reaction to plan to send Americans checks

Plenty of businesses are going to close regardless, simply because the stressful environment is just too much for the owner/ownership(s) to bear.  The risk stress of this pandemic is enormous and comes on top of the stresses already or normally experienced.  While younger owners may be more resilient, usually the skill and knowledge is in the hands of the older owners who may just decide to throw in the towel.
