Mitch believes that the conservatives in Kentucky don't like the military men or women who get captured by the enemy and serve time as prisoners of war.  He believes that Kentucky's conservative voters do not want a President to be questioned and/or otherwise subjected to laws.  They have to love how Mitch is making it possible for the President to avoid being held to account for his conflicts of interest and unpatriotic mismanagement of our nations affairs, like torturing kids at the border.  Great work Mitch.
