Perhaps a straight-to-DVD release would have been more appropriate for Sarah Palin's vanity doc, The Undefeated. It's already headed to DVD, for one, and for two, the film isn't doing as well as Ms. Palin would have hoped. After an okay opening weekend last month, with a gross of more than $6000 per theater, its income has dropped exponentially. And this week, its third in theatres? It made just over $5000—total. Ouch. But the film actually did substantially worse when it expanded, as ticket sales dropped 62%, and the film went from $6,500/theatre to just $1,762 theatre. Read more
