In the 90's, if oligarchs in Russia were having
success laundering money in America, Putin would have
known about it. In fact, he'd probably have instructed
some people to launder money on his own behalf. Of
course, he would also spread the word among his fellow
grifters to use those same means of laundering money.
So, this is what leads me to believe it was no accident
that Trump was getting most of his money from Russia
later on, and that leads me to believe that Putin knew
of and was following Trump for quite some time, even
before Russians believed "their boy" could be made
president.
