This "Dark Enlighstenment" has forgotten one important

ingredient of their wealth, "Robots don't buy Prada!"

Which is to say that their wealth is underlayed by

people buying products, and not the existence of

the machines.  

They are quite foolishishly forgeting that the

nature of machines is to be "labor saving devices".

The only reason labor saving devices are needed

is because their is a need for labor, which, in turn

is only needed to sustain carbon based life.  If you

take people out of the equasion there is no need

for labor saving devices because the need for

labor is gone and with it the purpose of having

a machine!  

Once one thinks things through from the begining

to the end, one begins to realize that these "geniuses"

are pretty shallow/onsided thinkers. Lol, once the

people are subdued and downtrodden enough not

to be a threat or otherwise matter to these Overlords,

they will also cease to be consumers able to buy

the goods, the DE has to sell to make their enterprise

a viable entity. Their machines become worthless and

even worse, the DE has to go to work themselves

to sustain themselves, because there are not enough

people to make the machines worth doing any work.

So, the DE become laborers and in need of labor saving

devices again. Hahaha... The difference this time 

around is, they will then know that if they go too far,

they'll have to do all of the work themselves again!
