Prior to his appearance at the U.N., he said he could not find any good, hard
evidence to support the claims that Saddam had W.M.D.'s... Then suddenly
He appears to speak at the U.N. with no better evidence; he knew that
the claims he was making were unsupportable, and he admitted later that he
wished he hadn't done that.
