It also merely affirms an Executive order not a law, so that when the
next president is sworn in, this rule changes back. Let's face it, this
President hates Jackie Robinson, Martin Luther King, he hates what
Abraham Lincoln did, and he'd roll that back too if he could.
Also this rule will make it dangerous for some people to visit
many countries where their physical appearance does not conform
with the sex listed on their passport.
