The joke about the Gulf boat shootings may be funny, but
it has a terribly frightening meaning. If those vids are not
fake, it means our military/Navy is no longer observing
our rules of engagement. That means that our own Military
is now a possible source of an incident that could trigger
WWIII, which is what the rules of engagement are designed
to prevent, along with other unfortunate and unintended
provocations.
