If you've been following the news, this whole thing seems to have played
out more like "Trump touched the hot stove", than anything else. It
looked like it could easily develop into another slog through a Middle East
historic long, fruitless adventure. Instead, it ended abruptly. What a
welcomed surprise, before anyone could make reference to the USS
Liberty incident and begin assigning meanings to that.
