This is a crisis of international law; the ICC should be petitioned for
a warrant empowering and enabling a "coalition of the willing" to go to
El Salvador and secure the release of these victims of human trafficking
by any and all necessary means available to them.
I'd recommend having an aircraft carrier, a couple of troop carriers
a few warships stationed offshore when the diplomat arrive in El
Salvadore to begin negotiations.
