These men, being held for life, for no discernable reason other than that
El Salvador has been paid 6 million dollars to hold them is international
trafficking which is agaist international law. We need a writ from the
ICC indicting the criminals responsible so that a Coalition of the Willing
can attempt to negotiate their release to a neutral countrty or by dint of
force if that becomes necessary. This travesty is an affront to the civilized
world.
