This is where Republican fail at reasoning.
If the question is a "yes or no" question, then failing to answer yields
a "Logical Yes or a Logical No", depending on what the obvious answer
should be.
The only way to refute the logical yes/no answer is to emphatically state
either yes or no. Failing to do so allows the Logical yes or no to stand
and if that is not addressed before the session ends, then the logical
answer becomes an emphatic answer.
