His teleprompters going out is probably due to the fact that he can only
get "bottom-of-the-barrel" contractors to work for him now. He hires
buses to shuttle people to his events because he must accept the least
favorable locations for his rallies, now that it's known he doesn't pay,
and the bus companies leave his people stranded when his deposit runs
out, since they wisely refuse to front him any additional service without
additional payment in advance.
