Clearly, this Alito holds an unhealthy and unconstitutional ideology that
must be resoundingly repudiated ASAP! He is holding for a melding of
church and state, putting the intentions of his selected religious beliefs
over the impartiality of a state separated from churches. Most especially
since we must recognize that not all religions can be given equal weight
at law if any religious ideology would be enforced or even recognized
by law. Alito does all religions and all Americans and legislators and
service members an extreme disservice as he continues to sit on this
court by holding these ideas. Ideals that are at once in line with the
"Appeal to Heaven" Flag flown at his beach house and not far from
assenting to the upside-down American flag flown for weeks at his
house and at the J-6 insurrection.
