As Ari says, the court is simply wasting our time because according to
their own actions, there is no Stare Decisis to "cement" in place any
ruling they might fashion today, about any future immunity a President
might have. Roe had 50 years as law of the land and they agreed before
the Senate that it was "settled Law" then they simply overturned it.
So, what is there to convince us that they won't simply overturn
any decision they make today about anything in the unknowable
future?
