Although they say the bond is fully collateralized what they don't
say is that there isn't a cosigner or other means of arriving at the
required assurance that the bond company will be paid in full in
the event of having to pay EJC themselves. All the other talk
about this and that etc., who may be guilty and they are not
taking sides is extraneous nonsense.
