RNC member scraps plan for resolution to declare Trump presumptive nominee

One has to wonder if the GOP may have some secret plan

that will eventually force the election into the House.  If they can 

accomplish that feat somehow, that would guarantee Trump the 

Presidency for a second and probably lifelong term.
