Remember, it is not in the scope of a judges work to convince, that is the domain
of the presenters (defense/prosecution). A judge is trained to judge by the weight
of the pro and con facts and determine the meanings contained therein to decide
what to pronounce as a result that is just and fair. This judge knows the law and
is giving his assessment of how the facts weigh for or against the continuation of
our republic and therefore whether or not we will have a nation built on determinations
of right or wrong or whether we well be ruled by fiat of a single individual whose
word will be the law of the land as it is given from moment to moment.
