Of course, they're flipping, they have begun to realize that their work was part
of a criminal seditious conspiracy that lent aid and comfort to the January 6th
attack on the Capitol and lending aid and comfort to a seditious conspiracy
carries the same penalties as the seditious attack (20 years) and worse there
is no statute of limitations on sedition so they could be prosecuted anytime
up until before they go to their grave(s). Fox will be eligible to face a criminal
trial for a very long time and I have a feeling they will because they lent a
massive level of aid and comfort using their "megaphone" speaking to millions
daily.
