Trump and Giuliani are old and frail and probably wouldn't last long under the trauma
of a jail term, but their offenses are so egregious they should be forced to spend
some jail time upon conviction. So I would suggest that, in addition to home
confinement they should be given jail sentences that amount to dozens of hours.
Guilani for example should get 1020 hours of jail time before home confinement
and Trump should get 2000 hours of jail time before home release plus the loss
of his post-presidential benefits which Congress will have to strip from him.
