The entire sex package is genetically assigned at birth thus both genitals and
gender are assigned at birth and not selected by the individual. The thing that
happens is that genetically, genitalia and gender are assigned by a host of
different genes, and so in approximately 97% of cases genitalia aligns with
gender, but in the other 3% of cases (or more) differences happen and that
can be the cause of gender diaspora that causes so much trouble if it's not
recognized as a natural case instead of some kind of aberrant choice the
individual is making. It is not, it is a naturally occurring condition that cannot
be "rectified" by social manipulation.
