All of which reminds me that doctors and hospitals as well as medical organizations
have a right to petition the courts for relief in the matter of where legal intervention
of medically needed procedures puts the health and well being of their patients
and the health organization and practitioners at risk of failing to provide the
best outcomes and subjecting patients to needless risk of serious consequences.
Consequences that neither lawyers, lawmakers, and other non-medical practitioners
are aware of. Doctors need to take back the right to make medically required
decisions when and where needed.
