Things aren't as clearly divided as we once were led to believe.
My best guess is that matters of sex differentiation are best left to
the person and their medical professionals. After all, how can
you tell someone who is sexually different to feel what you think
they are supposed to feel about sex?
Politicians should not be interfering with the medical/mental health
professionals' ability to use their knowledge and skills to prevent
adverse personal/familial or social outcomes and attenuate suffering
because if you or your child has the genetic makeup that alters
how they express their sexuality, no amount of talk or laws are
going to do anything but cause severe problems and suffering.
All politicians do is look for someone to demonize rather than
doing the more difficult work of searching for solutions to
these problems.
