Fox and friends are in so deep that there's barely anyone who
can afford to take the stand. Worse yet is that civil suits cannot
be belayed by pleading the 5th, since in civil suits the 5th carries
with it an implication of guilt of some kind. Murdock has created
a real mess that he won't be able to clean up and even worse yet
is that there very well may be criminal charges coming down the
pike in which case they will all have to plead the 5th so many times
they're best advised not to take the stand at all.
