Mental deficient leadership is not a problem that will be solved
by identifying the person. This is because it is that such people
will be "elevated" by people with designs on either ideological goals
or authoritarian capture(s). Hitler could never have become the
problem he did, if not for people who believed they could control
him, who then elevated him into power. Their failure to realize
that "insanity knows no master", was their downfall.
