The Fox org., has so egregiously flown in the face of the law as
if to say that the law could do little more than give them a momentary
headache. They cannot be allowed to hold an FCC broadcasting
license when they cannot be constrained by the law, even to the
level of presenting foreign intelligence assistance to the contrary
and potential destruction of the United States of America.
They are more than prepared to accept monetary punishment.
