Those deluges are all precious fresh water and we're letting it
simply run into the sea when it's needed in cities and farms.
The idea of capturing flood water has got to take on a new priority
as the weather continues to change. The sooner such mega projects
get designed and started the better prepared for future events
the nation will be. The loss of farm produce will be a national
problem if nothing is done.
