This "Judge" is clearly unqualified since she brings up an argument
that the prosecution has not charged and that has no bearing on
the issue of guilt or innocence. Of course, the issue of whether or
not they are classified is with the issuing agencies. Clearly, this
case needs to be removed from in front of this unqualified judge
because of the national security issues she is unable to
appreciate.
