The issue with the judge is not so much that Trump appointed her, but that she seriously lacks the qualifications expected of a federal judge, which,
we believe this accounts for the terribly troublesome judgment she has issued which is so problematic on its face that no special master is likely be acceptable to both sides, assuming one can be found who would accept the task as politically charged as
it is expected to be.
