If memory serves I heard it reported that the Highland killer, believed to be armed and dangerous, ran from the police when they tried to apprehend him. Why not a single shot fired at a known mass killer? Yet a man, running from a broken taillight stop is shot at 90 times, hit 60 times, placed in handcuffs and then CPR is attempted. Sorry if their story doesn't add up for anyone of sound mind.
