Sure "drill more domestically" is a solution but only if you can wait 15 or more months for an answer. Meanwhile, Manchin is now a known avowedly self-interested actor who panders only to self-enriching matters period. He lies pathologically about how he'd; "do this -- if that", but when the "if that" is done he magically has another objection. Enough with trying to please Manchin, he might as well be a Republican plant.
