Nuclear arsenals require constant maintenance and repair, Russia has come through a decade of corruption and shortages, does anyone want to bet that the nuclear arsenal has been kept up and the money not stolen by corrupt persons? If a western target is hit with a nuclear weapon of any kind a nuclear holocaust will be unleashed bar nothing. If you want to survive keep your fingers and the fingers of anyone else away from the nuclear button because therein lies mutually assured destruction of almost all multicellular life on the planet.
