Unless and until we can find a way to stop the "dirty energy" people from giving Manchin all that money, he's not going to even think about going green. If we could have groups demonstrate outside their offices telling them to stop giving money to Manchin to thwart the environment, they'd realize their game was blown and they'd look really terrible in the eyes of the world and voters. Playing the money for legislation game never plays well with any voters.
