If Trump wants to play "hardball" then hey, let him file because then Justice will be entitled to depose him, hahaha and we all know what that means.
Every time Trump wants to file a challenge, he should be subject to being deposed! That will likely end all these challenges. But things should not even go that far because according to the law Trump lost his standing once he left office.
