Talk about your infrastructure, while the world is at work we talk and argue, oh well. While midwest plains flood a tunnel to transfer all that water to the southwest where it's sorely needed, like the massive flood controls of Japan, we could probably do a good job and save lots of money in the process, but such a large project would be unlikely to ever get off the ground here. Too bad.
