Matt Gaetz attacks Paul Ryan ahead of speech

Because the "audit" in Arizona has broken the chain of custody, those ballots can no longer be used as proof of anything in any court of law.  From a citizen's standpoint is that the Republican Party is useless to meet any hoped-for government improvements.
