Too bad for Trump, now he has staff handing out masks but; masks have always, until now, been a Democrats thing, so to have to wear a mask now, for Trump supporters, it feels like surrender. Trump convinced his supporters that wearing masks were for the weakling scaredy cats Democrats. It hurts for low information voters to have to admit they were wrong so, they take the masks but don't wear them. Trump can't require them to wear masks because that would turn off his people. But they're getting sick and many are beginning to worry so, capitulation aside they're putting the masks on. Hardly a wonder then that Trump's rallies are getting quieter and quieter.
