Come to think of it, we used to have men in white coats with long rubber gloves and nets, who the police used to call in whenever they had an EDP (emotionally disturbed person) on their hands. The last remaining public remnant of tales about the men in white coats, would be mention of "they're coming to take me away haha!" That you might encounter in film or recordings.
