This reflects badly on the entire Republican Party, why, after the taint of a connection between Nunes and the Ukrainian scandal, would they not move immediately to remove him? Instead they're constantly leaving people, tainted by scandal, in place until they are taken down by explosive disclosures. Meanwhile such explosive disclosures of over-the-line involvements and ties continue to detonate with such astonishing regularity one has begun to wonder if the Party of Lincoln has itself become a criminal enterprise. Well, regardless, this is harming the entire American effort to spread democracy anywhere in the world, we are ever less able to present as the beacon of freedom worldwide. We are instead being made the laughingstock of the world and dictators around the globe are taking full advantage of it, to demoralize their opponents weaken the hopes of the "poor huddled masses" to get them to abandon all hope. Putin is winning big time.
