Nothing like negotiating and working together to end hostilities, Trump is escalating hostilities while claiming all the while that he's not interested in war. He's counting on them striking back so he can declare war. Unfortunately for his simple minded plans, they are going to study this and do something disastrous that would not justify any military response. Like, for instance, arrange some kind of economic or political catastrophe.
