Woman wishes it could be less partisan, she forgets that this could not even get started if the Democrats were not put in the majority by a popular vote that swept through red districts that were gerrymandered so heavily that it took a blue tsunami to overcome the bias. Even now, as the Republicans putatively watch "the wounded body fall to the ground as Trump aims the just fired and still smoking gun" they deny what their eyes are seeing and what their ears are hearing. At this point the Republicans have ensured that the matter has to be partisan because, if it wasn't partisan it would not be happening at all. I could see their resistance if there were still no credible evidence, but now that there is too much credible evidence they are simply being Orwellian.
