It is becoming painfully clear that the GOP is now a criminal gang, the crimes they are struggling to cover for Trump, they have also been allowing to happen and continue.  Why are they not concerned about crime?  It has to be because they are benefiting from the criminal activity. If you are against crime you must not say you are a Republican because that's what the party leadership working to protect.
