People without healthcare, insurance or enough cash to pay will probably put off seeing a doctor until they fall out in the streets. By which time they've probably infected many others. So the pandemic continues to spread. Trump's incompetent staff sent unprotected workers to, very possibly get infected themselves, while seeking to quarantine travelers. Then they went home to their neighborhoods and likely spread the infection rendering the quarantine useless. But the President is only concerned that the market is falling and hurting his chances at being re-elected.

WATCH LIVE: President Trump to give update on coronavirus
Looks like Republicans have reigned in Trump out of fear of losing their seats one and all. Now they have to bite their nails hoping that Obamacare holds. It is Obamacare that will get most infected people into hospitals early, before they spread it too far. Unfortunately Obamacare hasn't been expanded and Trump has succeeded in trimming it down so that fewer people are covered.
There will be deaths and we know that Trump has hollowed out our defenses of highly skilled professionals and replaced them with no nothing sycophants. The results will not be good, but they'll try to find someone else to blame, is their usual routine. Only their Fox Nooze watchers will be foolish enough to buy that line.

Because of the high costs of a hospital stay, most people will put off going to the hospital or even seeking medical help at all. Unfortunately, they will hope against hope and try to convince themselves that what they have is just the flu, a cold, or something that will simply pass, until it is too late and there are no other options. This is why pandemics are so terribly easy to spread and it is why universal healthcare for all, makes it less likely that disease carriers will stay away from medical intervention and instead continue to spread the contagion. While we can't know exactly whose life will be saved by healthcare for all, we do know it could just as easily be you or someone you love who catches a contagious disease from someone who could not afford the medical expense to seek early treatment.
